Shine On

How many CT Scans before I glow in the dark? We may be fast approaching a solution to that question

Tomorrow I head in for another scan as part of the clinical trial protocol. Because it’s only been 4 weeks since my last scan I have to go to Georgetown Hospital for this one because my insurance company is balking at this and if I go to the hospital MedImmune will pick up the cost. The last scan left some questions so they are going to load the last 3 scans along with tomorrows and analyze them all side by side. I believe Dr’s Pishvaian and Cortala along with the radiologist are going to go over the images.  Hopefully they will have a chance to do this before my infusion next Monday as it would be nice to get some closure on this questionable “ghost” image.

That’s all for now.  I’ll let you know how things go on Monday.

To glow or not to glow that is the question. Go for the glow, let’s find d out what’s there (or not there). Hugs.
